- Answer Hi Philip, unfortunately there is no cure for tinnitus. However, many hearing aid wearers have found that hearing aids assist with reducing the symptoms of tinnitus as the hearing aid makes sounds, which you may not otherwise hear, audible, which may drown out the tinnitus. Most people report at least some relief when using hearing aids.

- Answer Hi there! Yes they can. Though, it is important to note that the hearing aid must be placed between the receiver wire and your head, and it is important to place them correctly to avoid interference with your glasses. We would also recommend that you put your glasses on, and remove them, slowly and carefully at all times to avoid your hearing aids falling off when removing your glasses.

- Answer Hi there, at this stage Lexie B2 hearing aids do not stream music or take calls. The Lexie B2 hearing aids are however compatible with with any Android device with an Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or above operating system so you can manage your hearing aids via the Lexie app.

- Answer Hi Tom, yes, Lexie B2 hearing aids are rechargeable. Charging your hearing aids for 3 hours allow you up to 18 hours of better hearing.

- Answer Hi, for the initial setup of your Lexie B2 self-fitting OTC hearing aids powered by Bose, you'll need to use the Lexie App. You can, however, without the use of Bluetooth connectivity, easily adjust the volume and switch between various listening environments/programs by using the buttons located on your hearing aids.
