Just don't even push the Power Level button. You only use the Power Level button to go lower than 100%!

If you push the EzOn button it will cook for 30 seconds, each time you push it the time will increase 30 seconds. Nice feature if you want to be fast and just pick a preselected time. This EzOn button will also cook at 100% Power.
