Questiondoes a dinner plate fit in this microwave?

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Dinner plates come in different sizes, but even so, the standard average sizes for dinner plates is generally 10" for the ones that are used in restaurants, 9 " are average home plate sizes and 7" are salad/appetizer sizes. The turntable for the LG 1.1 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave, Model # LCS1114SB is 12" wide!...IFV

- Answer Yes, and it stays on for few minutes then turns off automatically. You can turn off the light immediately by pressing the stop button one more time while the door is open.

QuestionDoes this have a recessed turn table?Another words it set low inside and not above a piece of thin plastic with the little legs spindle like?

- Answer The turn table is set low in the bottom of the microwave. The glass plate sits on top of 3 long pieces of plastic with small wheels on each plastic piece. There are no prongs that the plate sits on in the center, it just sits on top of the 3 wheels.

QuestionSteam between windowThis is the LG Microwave counter top LCS1114 Model I returned the first purchase, only to have the second one do the same thing. It takes hours to clear up. It's hard to see through the glass to check cooking status , I know it's normal for steam to exit side vent, and normal for steam to form on the inside glass, but have never seen steam form between glass. My main concern was that the seal was broke... Called customer service, told it was normal. Just want to be assured it's safe.

- Answer Yes, it fits even large size dinner plates and my trusted 'Microhearth', which is a great baking/frying/grilling pan/pot with Teflon/Non-Stick lining and ceramic/metal cover.
