Hello. I was given a microwave oven 1 month and two weeks ago. And it stopped working, it doesn't heat food. What should I do? Can I exchange it?

Best Buy allows returns on most microwave ovens within 15 days of purchase for standard customers, or up to 30–60 days for My Best Buy Plus/Total members. Items should be in original, like-new condition with all accessories, though used items may be accepted with potential restocking fees...^Ivan.
