Hi Keith. The control panel works, the turntable spins and the lights work on the LG 1.5 cu. Ft. NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and Sensor Cooking, Model # MSER1590S, but is not heating, the problem may be the magnetron in the unit that generates the heat for the microwave. It’s recommended that a professional replace a faulty magnetron due to the dangerous nature of high-voltage repairs. Your microwave oven has a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty of One (1) year for Parts and Labor from the date of purchase and the magnetron has a ten (10) year warranty so you are still under warranty...^Ivan.
