• Yes, AUTO DEFROST - use this feature to select food type and defrost food by weight.

• Yes. When you select auto defrost, it prompts you for the weight and chooses the appropriate time. Quick defrost start immediately and is automatically set. at 1:40 minutes.

• Have not used this function but the instruction manual has instructions for entering weight to defrost meat, fish, poultry

• After you select whether it's meat, poultry or fish you're defrosting, you can then set the weight.
