• I'm not sure what the inside is made of. However, I can tell you that it is non-stick easy to wipe coating similar to what they use on some non-sticking pots and pans.

• I didn't inspect it that closely. I think don't belive it's porcelain but I don't know the material. It is very similar to my installed microwave that has served me well for 18 yrs.

• No, it is actually ceramic coated metal- makes it super easy to clean up the inevitable explosions :)

• Depending on the unit you purchase, it is either enamel painted metal, stainless steel or ceramic.... The gray ceramic hides stains better than the stainless steel or enamel coated which is generally white.... The ceramic interior is also easily cleaned....
