• Yes and no. Yes, if you will not be using an external vent, everything you will need to install comes in the box including wall templates (for determining where to drill the pilot holes), mounting brackets and mounting hardware. The unit it is pre-configured from the factory to vent from the top front of the unit. If you decide to vent the unit externally, you will need to reconfigure the factory vent settings (not a big deal). No external venting hardware is included so that must be purchased separately. You will need a drill, screwdrivers and a stud finder to install the unit.

• Yes, everything comes with it. It was slightly wider than the microwave we were replacing though and had to remove a wall of our cabinet.

• Everything you need is included, all hardware and fasteners, all you need is a drill and a Phillips head screwdriver. Easy to install. The templates which show where to drill the holes, especially the one for under the cabinet (the top of the unit) are just flimsy paper, but I've found this to be the case for all brands. You will need 2 people to get the installation done.
