Hello Anna, yes, this model is meant to be mounted underneath a cabinet. If you have a cooktop/range underneath please make sure that there are at least 30" between cooktop and cabinet. 30" min. cabinet opening width & 30" min. clearance from bottom of cabinet to cooking surface or countertop before installation. ...and in case you are wondering, it does come with its own wall mounting kit. We appreciate your feedback, please give us a “thumbs up” if this answer is helpful to you; and please let us know if we can assist you with anything else. Have a lovely week!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it comes with a stencil you tape under your cabinets. You will have to drill holes for the power cord and the supports. We use these cabinets for Tupperware so it did not bother us too much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That will depend on the cabinet height above the counter and the availability of a wall socket for power. This unit is meant to be placed above a stove and has several venting options for that application. If your intention is to mount it underneath a standard depth cabinet, this unit may not be your best option.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's exactly what we did with it. It ventilates well and fit perfectly. The install is easy if you don't mind drilling through the bottom part of your cabinet, but that is standard for all microwaves going under a cabinet.
