• yes, everything is included, but be sure to have help. It is very heavy compared to a conventional microwave oven and it would be very difficult to just by yourself.

• Comes with all hardware and mounting plate. We used the old plate that was used with our old one so it took about 5minutes to install. All the screw holes matched up perfectly.
