Over-The-Range Microwave with Sensor Cook and EasyClean - Stainless Steel, Model # MVEM1721F, has broken down four times within a year, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. At this point, if LG has sent out two different service technicians and the issue remains unresolved, Best Buy cannot replace the item, and you will need to contact our Customer Support on social media, using our handle, @LGUSSUPPORT, to discuss your options.
