Regrettably, the LG - 10,000 BTU Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner and 11,200 BTU Heater - White, Model # LT1037HNR is not available without the heating. Its W x H x D dimensions are: 24" x 14 13/32" x 20 3/32". This unit will only fit into specific sleeves from other manufacture provided the sleeves are in good structural condition and have a rear grille in the back of the sleeve that the unit can be secured to. The owner's manual has a list of the sleeves from other manufacturers that may or may not need to have their louvers redirected for this unit to fit. I'm looking at this model and found LT1036CER also. Curious as to what the difference might be, I found out the LT1036CER is what you're looking for: no heater. I know this is rather late answer but may be helpful to others.
