The height of 11.14", for the LG 6,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner - White, Model # LW6017R, listed under Product Height in the specifications under Dimensions, is correct as listed. That is the height of the air conditioner's cabinet, which does not include the additional height of the left and right curtain panels when they are attached to the air conditioner. The 16" Minimum Window Opening Height is incorrect. The top and bottom window sashes must open sufficiently to allow a clear vertical opening of 12” from the bottom of the upper sash to the inside sill...^Ivan.
