• The Chemical Reaction Statement was added to device user guide to comply with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxics Enforcements Act of 1986, more commonly known as “Proposition 65” or simply “Prop 65”. Prop 65 is a law requiring that the Governor of CA provide a list of chemicals known to State to cause cancer, birth defect or other reproductive harm; the list is updated quarterly and currently contains over 800 chemicals.
