It should be your hdmi cord. The other way is through your settings and try connecting by Bluetooth. When you connect it go through your settings and adjust that. And turn off your sound to your tv itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe try an HDM1 cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your interest in the LG SK1.AUSALLK model. To connect the LG SK1 soundbar to your Sony TV, you have a few options. Here are the recommended connection methods: • HDMI (ARC): If your Sony TV and LG soundbar both have HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) ports, you can use an HDMI cable to connect them. This allows for both audio playback from the TV to the soundbar and control of the soundbar's volume using the TV remote. Simply connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on your TV and the other end to the HDMI ARC port on your soundbar. • Optical Digital Audio Cable: If your TV has an Optical Digital Audio Out port, you can use an optical audio cable to connect it to the LG soundbar. This method allows for audio playback from the TV to the soundbar. Connect one end of the optical audio cable to the TV's Optical Digital Audio Out port and the other end to the Optical In port on the soundbar. You can download its owner's manual through this link for more information: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-SK1.AUSALLK. ^Cris
