You can get a bluetooth USB adapter from Dish ($15) that will allow you to connect the Wireless Joey via bluetooth to this soundbar. The chipset is a Broadcom BCM207002A0, so you might be able to find another 3rd party adapter that might work. I have this adapter on my Wireless Joey and found an optical cable provides better sound quality (and more consistent connections) than bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The LG 100W 2.0 ch Sound Bar with Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # LAS260B has an Optical Digital Audio Input on it that you can connect to your TV if it has an Optical Digital Audio Output on it. The Wireless Joey receiver only has an HDMI port that is used to connect to your TV, so if you have it connected to the TV and the TV is connected to the Sound Bar then any audio that you have coming from the Wireless Joey receiver will go through the TV and be transmitted to the Sound Bar. The Sound Bar can also be paired to your TV via Bluetooth if your TV supports Bluetooth so you can stream audio to the Sound Bar wirelessly via Bluetooth. The Wireless Joey receiver does not have any connections that will connect to the Sound Bar nor does it support Bluetooth so you cannot stream audio from it to the Sound Bar via Bluetooth...^IFV
