“I just bought the LG sound bar 2.1 channel 300w. I want to use it with my phone I have the IPhone X max and it says LG SK4D (C4) is not supported, I tried with my friends iPhone 7 and we get the same thing. Why could this be? Pretty upsetting”

I us my Samsung Galaxy J7 aura set the sound bart to auto power on the search for bluetooth device the pair so when i look for the device then press onnnect it turn on sound bar
