• The Sub-woofer has its own separate cable which will connect to your conventional american wall outlet. it will wirelessly connect to the soundbar once your turn the system on automatically. I currently use it with my Vizio M Series and have no issues.

• The subwoofer is still powered by a power cable but it connect to the soundbar wirelessly. ^CP
