“The soundbar stops working and keeps searching to try and link up with the wireless speaker set!! Why are you selling the soundbar, that has a glitch, w/o the speakers that make it work correctly. Same complaints on the LG website.”

You need the firmware update located here http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-SJ4Y Put on a usb stick and follow the guide also found on the above link

Please try again later.It sees this unit has many different problems and they will always continue to sell even defective equipment as long as people like you and I and so many others continue to purchase it. My complaint is the remote does not work outside 2 feet, it does not automatically switch between devices (like DVD back to TV) but continues to mute the TV. Have to preform a hard power cycle to correct. The sound quality is great for music but bad, really bad for voice since only the soundbar is active and the volume seems lower. If you up the volume to hear the talking then whenever any music is added all speakers wake up and flood the room. I hope my neighbors do not complain. I have other minor problems also. Get the warranty so you can return it in the future with all these flaws.
