Yes, I believe it would. There is a built-in pairing option as well as an audio syncing option.

It may be a model that has an AV Synchronization feature in the Sound settings on the TV that you can use to adjust the synchronization of the audio output from the TV. It might also have a BYPASS feature that outputs the broadcast signals or the sound from audio devices without audio delay. In this case, the audio is output before the video because of the time the TV takes to process the video output. Some of our SoundBars also have an AV Sync feature on them, but the LG 2.1 ch High-Resolution Audio Sound Bar, Model # SJ4Y does not have that feature so you would need the one on the TV if your TV is such a model.
