“I'm disappointed. Why is my sound so low? Hooked with optical on Samsung. Had a cheap sound bar and half to 75% would blow you away, but max (40) in this is not very loud. need to be on about 30 to hear good. And yes I have very good hearing”

My sound is low also but only when I use it with my older model tv and the DirectTv box. If I am watching through Apple TV it or if I connect my phone, it’s super loud. Not sure what’s happening with the compatibility of certain devices.
