“How much time does the washer cycle(s) take?”

• From beginning of wash to end of dry cycle it can vary from 2 1/2 hours to 5 hours. It just depends on the weight of the load of the clothes. The unit (new one just purchased) will revolve a few times before wash cycle starts and I assume it is "getting a feel" for the weight. My old one (from 2004, according to the manual, was not supposed to weigh more then 8 pounds (had to use the old baby scales. This one says not to have the drum completely filled. (It also will continue to tumble the clothes so they don't get wrinkles if you don't take the clothes out when the dry cycle is finished.
