Yes, it only requires water hookup, drain and regular 110 electrical hookup. I have mine in a condo, great for saving space
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES TO BOTH! We had our kitchen remodeled in late 2004 and had a cabinet built specifically built for the washer/dryer combo. It does not require venting to the outside.You do need to have solid flooring under the unit. I love being able to have the unit in the kitchen / on the first floor. I have nasty back problems and not having to carry laundry to the basement and back up is great.
