The drain hose on the LG - 2.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Washer and 7-Cycle Dryer Electric Combo - White, Model # WM3477HW has an inner diameter of 4 inches whereas the standard dishwasher drain hose has an inner diameter of 5/8". In other words the volume of water draining from the washing machine will be much more than that from the dishwasher. You really will want to consult a qualified plumber to avoid drainage problems of water backing up through your kitchen. Some buildings require that dishwashers be installed with an air gap to prevent that from happening. Getting water to the washing machine will not be an issue as long as the water pressure is as recommended in the owner's manual and you can always get adapters for connecting to the faucets if they are not the same size. You definitely should have a plumber look at your situation to determine if you can use the same drain of if something else needs to be done to accommodate drainage. You could also just drain into the sink...^IFV
