Disconnecting and connecting the LG 2.3 cu.ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Compact All-In-One Washer/Dryer, Model # WM3499HVA from your kitchen faucets every time you use the machine is at your discretion. As long as the water inlet hoses are attached securely to prevent leaks, this will not affect the machine's operation. Both water inlet valves have to be connected to a water source. You cannot leave on open and just have the other attached to your water supply line. Keep in mind that if you have both water inlet valves connected to your hot water supply line that you will only get hot water washes and if you have both attached to your cold water line, you will only get cold water washes...^IFV
