It's a heat pump, not sure why LG answered it saying check dryer vent as this model is ventless! A heat pump will always take longer to dry.

We understand that your LG washer/dryer combo model WKHC152HWA is taking longer than expected to dry your loads. To improve drying performance, ensure that the dryer vent is not clogged or obstructed, and clean the lint filter before each load. Avoid overloading the dryer, as smaller, evenly distributed loads can dry more quickly. Verify that you are using the appropriate drying cycle for towels or heavy items, such as the "Heavy Duty" or "Towels" cycle. Additionally, ensure the laundry area is well-ventilated, as high humidity and low room temperature can affect drying times. If these steps do not resolve the issue, there may be an underlying problem that requires a professional inspection. Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions. We appreciate your patience. —Renzo
