No. The washer plugs directly into an external (household) 120V three-prong outlet using the provided cord integrated into the washer 'half'. The dryer requires a '3-wire plug kit' as it plugs into an external 220V specialized three-prong outlet, but the dryer only provides the terminal board to connect to that 220V cord, which must be purchased separately (the terminal board is at the top of the unit, so a long cord may be required, where I needed 10 feet). p.s. Win11 is the worst: sorry for the sideways photo(s).

Each unit requires its own power source and should be plugged into separate electrical outlets.
