QuestionCan two of these machines be installed using the same water access?

- Answer Sure, we have two washers in our laundry room. It just takes a "y" splitter on the faucets. Both of our washers drain into a wash basin sink and that also has never been an issue. The sink drain needs to be free of any lint or other obstructions so that it will drain properly. We have never had a problem with running both machines at the same time. We have good water pressure...if you don't, that could be an issue.

- Answer I wipe lint from the runner seal after each use. There is no lint filter to clean.

QuestionCan you set the unit to perform an entire wash & dry cycle, without having to manually start a dry cycle? For instance can I load my dirty clothes, and come back 1.5 hours later to clean, dry clothes? I don't want to use an app to accomplish this.

- Answer Yes, certain wash modes allow you to add a dry cycle. When you are preparing to start your load, select your wash cycle, then tap the "dry" button to add it to your wash cycle. If it doesn't illuminate the "dry cycle" indicator then that particular cycle doesn't support a dry cycle add-on. There is also a mode thst is just "wash and dry" for a basic laundry cycle. Unfortunately the wash and dry will take far longer than 1. 5 hours. My typical cycle time is about 2.5-3 hours plus a cool down of 2-3 hours. You can interrupt the cool down, but expect to fold your clothes immediately or suffer wrinkles.

- Answer It does not use refrigeration to condense the water. It uses a heat exchanger (think like a car radiator) to condense the water out of the air in the dryer. It passes cold water, from the water inlet, through the exchanger and blows the hot moist air from the dryer across the heat exchanger. As the hot moist air crosses the cold exchanger, the moisture condenses onto the exchanger like how water condenses on a cold glass of water. This water is collected as it drips off and is pumped out of the machine through the drain hose.

- Answer Hi there. This is possible if you will not do the pre program for drying but you can also control on how many loads of clothes, so for you don't need to remove some clothes and hang. ^Vanessa

- Answer Is this really the icon for low-temperature drying? My clothes are getting ruined — they come out extremely hot, even on this setting. I wouldn’t recommend using it. The clothes are basically trash after drying.
