Currently, purchases made March 1, 2020 through May 17, 2020 have an extended return period through May 31, 2020, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract (e.g., cell phones, cellular tablets and cellular wearables, AppleCare monthly plans, etc.) and major appliances. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. Effective March 22, 2020, returns and exchanges will be accepted through Curbside Pickup. Go to BestBuy.com/Stores and look up your store's hours and status. If your store is open, bring your products back with proof of purchase and ID. Once you arrive, call the store or check in at the front door to let them know you'd like to complete a return or exchange, and they'll take care of the rest.
