• Filter removes chlorine taste on "city" water. Other matter found in well water may require more advanced filtration.

• Hey Nicki! Start by flushing out at least 2 gallons of water and dispose 2 bins of ice. This will allow any debri in the lines to clear out and enable the filter to fully engage. Check out our LG video regarding water tasting bad: https://youtu.be/WahAqsoRWOk. ~Rita
