Hi Reso- Maybe you've figured it out by now, but you have to have a karaoke mic plugged into the jack for those features to work. They're priced from low to high and I use a cheap one. I suggest you download the complete manual from the LG website which is the only way to find that out other than trial and error! The little 4 pager that came with it does not give enough info, I found the features to be fun and useful! Plug in and start SINGING!

Please try again later.The Key Changer feature for the LG 220W Hi-Fi Entertainment System with Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # OM4560 is explained on page 28 of your owner's manual. It is only available in CD, USB or Bluetooth functions and if a microphone is connected "NOT SUPPORT" will appear on the display to indicate that the feature has been deactivated. To initialize it, you will need to change the function, disconnect the microphone or change the music. The function may also not be initialized depending on the status of connected devices...^IFV
