A:AnswerI mounted my LG 24in tv with the Insignia 19-39" low profile TV mount sold at Best buy. Its a little tight with the power cord plug in but still works just fine.

A:AnswerIt could be your carrier provider. I set mine up in about 10 minutes and it programmed right away. When I connected to Amazon and Netflix it came up immediately and put my password in and it streamed right away. I was surprised and impressed with this TV. By the way, I’m not a technical person.
A:AnswerOP here: I used the LG online Chat feature and her solution worked. I unplugged the TV. Then I pressed the Power button on the TV for 30 seconds (not the power button on the remote). Then I plugged in the TV, turned it on using the power button on the TV and it worked!!! Now I have a picture with my sound.
