A:AnswerHi Stevem2020. The LG 24 Inch Class HD Smart TV (23.6'' Diag), Model # 24LM520S-WU is a Plug and Play display and can be used with any computer that has an HDMI Out regardless of operating system...^IFV
A:AnswerYou would need to buy a separate DVD or Blu Ray player, but yes you can connect them. This TV has a good variety of inputs on the back for DVD players, CD players, and Blu Ray players. These would be the standard RCA type connectors. This TV has 3-color component connection (which is great for Sony Playstation 2!), and it has a way you can connect into a single composite video connection as well. This TV also has an HDMI connection, which will work with DVD players and Blu Ray players. The HDMI input will also work with the Atari HD Flashback Gold 9 game system. The picture quality is nice, and the white color matches my decor. I really hope that LG continues to manufacture this TV because not too many TV's have all these types of connections these days. Especially 3-color component video input is getting difficult to find on brand new TV's!!!
A:AnswerI just purchased and had this TV set connected last week. I know it gets Disney Plus because I have it. HBO Max, I don’t know. I’m assuming it does because it looks like you can get everything else on it!

A:AnswerThe TV does support the Xfinity beta app with a large comprise: Standard Definition channels only, at about 75% of the picture size (~17.5" diagonal instead of 23.5"....there will be ~2" black border).
The HD channels are choppy and simply unusable, as some other reviews mention.
It's sufficient, for example, in your kitchen if you're just listening to the news and multi-tasking. But not good if you actually would want to watch the program. There are not many 24" smart TV alternatives.
A:AnswerThis TV has a webOS platform. Our webOS platform offers over 600 apps including streaming content and games - including over 180 free streaming channels via the LG Channels. Additional charges apply for some streaming services. For a complete listing of available apps, please visit: https://us.lgappstv.com/main/tvapp. You will need to connect a 3rd party device to access ROKU programming. ^Daphane
A:AnswerYou can using Plex app. I can watch movies, listen to music, or view pictures on the TV after setting up Plex on both. I use it on anther TV with Roku the same way. Just know there are quite a few popular apps that this TV will not download. HBO max and philo TV are unavailable and I either have to screen share from phone or hook up another roku device. I love the TV but wish I would've looked deeper into certain apps I use that this won't download. Its not my primary tv so not that big a deal. It gets most of the major apps like Netflix, hulu, Disney plus.
A:AnswerThe LG did not have an instruction manual and trying to find a working manual online has been a pain. Sorry.
I haven't learned anything except it has a good picture and it's inexpensive.
