Q: QuestionDoes this dishwasher have a one hour wash cycle? Does this dishwasher directly connect 2 the water line and the electrical line going to the circuit breaker?

• A:Answer The turbo cycle is around one hour if I remember correctly. Yes this dishwasher connected very easily to my shut off valve directly without the need for a 3/8 elbow. I did connect mine directly to the leads in the whip out of the wall. My whip only contained a hot and neutral lead and the dishwasher has a third ground lead, but it is already grounded on the unit in case of this so I just put a wire nut over the ground. Works great

Q: QuestionI have a tankless water heater and it takes 2 gallons before hot water arrives. Does this heat the water inside, since, hot water won't be available on the hot water line?

• A:Answer Hello, this unit requires the water be at full temp to properly wash the dishes. It has a small internal water heater to assist with cycles such as sanitary. ^AC

• A:Answer The Control Lock feature helps prevent settings from being changed during a cycle. Selecting this feature locks all of the buttons, except for the Power button, on the control panel. Q: QuestionDoes this dishwasher have to be installed within a cabinet? does it screw into the top or sides ?

• A:Answer First, there is no outer shell only insulation - so a cabinet would be necessary. Second, it is screwed to the top of the cabinet for security purposes. Also, the leveling feet are there and would make the dishwasher hard to move, if you wanted too.

Q: QuestionIs it normal that the dishwasher has a high pitched noise at the end of the cycle? I have it on normal wash. This noise hurts my ears. It isn't loud but it is an irritating decibel level. It cycles on and off for a very LONG time
