“Is there a certain thing that needs to be done in order to start this dishwasher? We hooked it up, loaded it, put it on the wash settings, put the rinse and detergent into it, and pushed start. We keep getting an IE error.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check if the third shelf is preventing the door from shutting completely. Make certain that no dishes touch the walls of the dishwasher. You need to hear the "click" when the door is sufficiently closed in order for the power to come on. Good luck. It is a bit time consuming at first, but that seems to be the norm for this brand.
