You must put it in at an angle. So hold it with the front facing straight up (go ahead and take the trays out) and the wheels at the bottom. Then slip the top rear wheels over the hook and slid the other ones on at an angle. Try to keep it at an angle for the front wheels too. These will be a bit tougher to get on.
