“bottom rack falls off all the time no matter how carefull i am love the dishwasher except for this but hate this is there anything i can do”

My wife says she never has that problem, but I do all the time! She stands off to the left side whenever she pulls it out for loading and unloading; I tend to stand in front and rarely does it not fall off the track. We still love it and glad we made the purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same complaint. I've learned to carefully pull from the dead center, front of the rack. And never pull it out all of the way. It is a major fail with this!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hate this also. My husband finally attached a dowel rod to the back of the rack so it can’t pull out all the way. It has helped but I’m still not happy with it. Seems there should be some kind of stop on the rack itself. I contacted LG and they sent me a new bottom rack but it does the same thing. :(.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does to. But comes out easily and goes back easily. Only comes off if you pull beyond the ledge the wheels roll on. Once you get use to not pulling it too far out its no biggie
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The rack can be completely pulled out. It is best to pull it out to the point where the bacm wheels are still on the rack.
