“Are the controls visible when the dishwasher door is closed?”

Top control dishwashers have the controls on the top of the door, not visible from the front when the door is closed so the controls for the LG 24" Top Control Built-In Smart WiFi-Enabled Dishwasher with Steam, 3rd Rack and Stainless Steel Tub - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LDP7808SS will not be visible when the door is closed...^IFV

Please try again later.As long as you have enough room to scoot this unit all the way back under the counter and raise it up high enough, the controls aren’t really obvious at all and could probably be concealed even better than we chose to conceal our own. I have the door flush with the front lip of our countertop and it’s almost far enough back to be flush with our cabinets & drawer fronts. (The cabinet doors & drawers sit back further and aren’t flush with the countertop front either). I also chose not to raise the height of the dishwasher to its maximum level. I like to be able to read how many minutes are left in the cycle and also like to be able to see when it’s complete; the panel displays “End” when the dishwasher is ready to be empty.
