“Is this unit supposed to ship with the sound insulation? They forgot it and it’s LOUD.”

• There should be a thick sound insulation blanket over the top and sides of the washer, our washer is unbelievably QUIET-much more quiet than dishwasher we’ve ever owned, including Bosch and Kitchen Aid.

• Yes, it is supposed too. The installer didn't put ours on I found it in the box and put it on. What a difference it made. Now if the dishes could only dry properly!

• Ours came with 2 layers of soundproofing for the bottom front. One white, one gray/black.
