• A:Answer I had the same problem too after a few weeks of install. I find that gently pulling out the middle rack all the way out helps to reset the drawers and allowing it to slide all the way back so that I can close the door.

• A:Answer There should be a thick sound insulation blanket over the top and sides of the washer, our washer is unbelievably QUIET-much more quiet than dishwasher we’ve ever owned, including Bosch and Kitchen Aid.

• A:Answer The green light will light after cycle is complete. The red light will light if there is some sort of error in addition to an error code being displayed where the cycle time would normally be displayed. As far as the other light I dont know since I have never seen that one.

Q: QuestionInterior light. Is there a way to turn the interior light off or does it time out and turn off after a period of time? Sometimes we like to leave the dishwasher cracked open to indicate clean dishes in addition to drying them.

Q: QuestionWhat is the length of warranty on the the control board and rack parts? The Best Buy product page says it's 5 years, however LG's site says only 2 years. If Best Buy has it wrong, that's a big deal for those who bought thinking they are getting 5 years.
