• We experience the same issue, so we started including the features High Temp/Extra Dry with our cycles and that eliminated the issue.

• If you are using rinse aid and have the heated dry option turned on, contact LG Customer Service.

• Try adding the extra dry feature to your cycle choice. This what we did and now it dries well.

• We have been very pleased with the LG Dishwasher. I would suggest using the Turbo Finish Drying Aid and I use the Cascade Platinum dishwasher detergent pods. Also, set the dishwasher to use the Extra Dry cycle. At first, we had just used the Cascade and since the LG use a hybrid drying cycle, it is not the real high heat that you might be used to with other high heat that use the heating element at the bottom..
