“Maybe I should of read more about the features but are the racks supposed to feel very wobbly, and almost like they aren't attached and move side to side? Is this so they can move up and down for bigger items? Thank you!”

The racks are more flexible in some many ways these days. Most of the dishwashers I compared were similar was well to the wobbly feeling you described. Not like my old dishwasher. So this movement takes some getting used to, but I have enjoyed all the adjustability of the racks. It has helped me to figure out how to pack all the dishes and pitchers in one wash!
