QuestionI am trying to save some old DVD/RW discs to an iMac. I purchased product and Apple OS 10.12.6 recognizes drive but gives incompatible error. I see in reviews LG reps have responded saying it should play these discs but I am at a loss. Any ideas?

QuestionWhy won't this work on my HP laptop ? Installed the Cyberlink CD that came with it and it recognizes the player but will not play a DVD. Running I5,12gb, and 256SSD. LG customer support was useless and no answers. Can anyone help before it gets returned ?
