• it might be a level issue. in the front, at the floor- there are levelers. you can turn one or the other until the doors line up.

• Mine is a little uneven. However, I believe there are instructions in the manual that tell you how to level them.

• Mine were also a little bit off, look in owner's manual - there is a procedure to adjust the door heights a little bit, was able to even mine out

• It's perfectly normal. One side can be adjusted to the height of the other. It has to do with the level of the floor.
