Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water , Model # LSXS26326S and apologize for any inconvenience. It certainly doesn't sound right that you should be experiencing any leaking for a recently installed and new refrigerator. Check to make sure nothing has spilled within the refrigerator otherwise it is possible that the water line was not connected properly. If this was installed by Best Buy, please check your receipt for a number you can call or contact their Customer Service line to notify them about the leaking and for assistance...^IFV
