A:Answer It makes cubed ice, but has option to crush it, and does it well. Hope you do not need much ice, cause the amount is not enough for too many people. The ice maker is piggy backed on a refrigerator door on the inside, and the small container it uses as a reservoir for cubes is pretty darn small. Now I am not sure the time frame it takes to manufacture more ice cubes, or if it has a quick freeze option to shorten time water freezes.... but better think ahead if you throw a party or expect more people to show up for drinks.
