“There is a thin plastic film over the entire doors. It looks like its supposed to be on there but its dirty and lightly scratched. And you can see its edges around the LG logo and near the handles. Is this supposed to come off?”

• The plastic film is on your refrigerator for protection until it is installed in your home. All plastic film both outside and inside the refrigerator should be removed once it is in your home. This should be stated in your user manual.

• Yes, I also had it on my refrigerator and noticed it a few months later when I was cleaning the doors. It took me around 40 minutes to peel it off.
