Yes, everything else (refrigeration and freezing) works without having to connect a water line. Obviously, you won't get any water or ice cubes.
We live in the country and our well gets silt when it rains. To be safe, we only drink bottled water, and also fill the ice trays with bottled water to get ice cubes.

Yes, it will operate without a water supply connected.  I am using mine with no water connection.

I believe it can. You can always turn off the ice maker so the freezer doesn’t make ice.

Yes. It can operate just fine without hooking up to water.
