“I do not want to hook up the ice maker or connect to a water line. Are there specific things that need to be done to disable these functions upon delivery? I don’t want to experience product alarms because of a lack of connection. Thank you.”

I didn't get the hook up. Just turn the icemaker off when it's installed. That's it. Mine came with a filter but I just put it up.
