• A:Answer The depth is 33-15/32" and the width is 35-29/32". If the entrance door is too narrow for the refrigerator to pass through, remove the refrigerator doors and move the refrigerator sideways through the doorway. The depth without the doors is 28-15/16". ^Daphane

Q: QuestionI been shopping around for this product and a protection plan. Most of the plans state after the manufacture warranty coverage begins but I cannot find how long is the manufactures warranty and what does LG cover? Also Is it shiny or matte in black?

Q: QuestionMy opening for the refrigerator is 36inches wide. Can I fit this fridge and open the doors comfortably? Thanks

• A:Answer The 36 inch opening is snug as the fridge is 35 7/8” wide. However, if the unit does not stand out at least 4” on either side of your cabinets the bottom drawers cannot be opened. Otherwise, going on five weeks and find this to be an exceptional value. Only other dislike is the drawers have no “handle” and you have to reach under them to open. It allowed them to make the drawers have more capacity but kind of a pain in the butt. That could/should have molded them with recessed pullouts.

Q: QuestionOur delivery date and installation dates are different. Can we just plug in the fridge - will it work while we wait for the water line installation for ice, etc.?

• A:Answer Yes you can plug it up but it has to cool for 24 hours before you put anything in it and you can't change the temp inside for 24 hours. They normally install on delivery it doesn't take long at all.
